We advertise aggressively, in a number of areas, to reach a great number of people. due to not attending, nor will they be given for
inclement weather or any other reason. If the show directors determine
the roads are too unsafe for the show to take place
show fees will be transferred to a future show only. Also, when you submit the online application you are agreeing that you understand this non-refund policy and have read and understand that the owners of The Crafters Marketplace nor its affiliates are responsible for theft or damages to your products. The owners of The Crafter's Marketplace do not carry insurance on the venue nor the vendors/merchandise.

As of right now, you will be able to set up your booths from 6-9 p.m. on April 23rd , or you can wait until 7 a.m.-8:45 on April 24th. Booths not occupied by 8:45 will be taken down. Vendors needing electricity will need to provide their own electrical cords, and will be given electricity as available. Each booth will have two tables and two chairs. All vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and a spot will not be held until payment has been received! Concession will be available on site.. Please note, it is our strict policy to not refund fees. The reservation process is an essential part of ensuring a successful show, both from the perspective of our vendors and of our customers. These fees help ensure all of our spaces will be occupied and cover the cost of the facility rental. In the event of inclement weather, the show organizers will decide at their own digression whether the show shall take place. If the show is postponed due to weather, the application fee will be transferred only – no refund will be given. Please do not leave early without speaking to the organizers. Please try to be out of the venue 1 hour after the show. After you unload your merchandise, please move your vehicle as far away from the venue as possible to allow for more customers. Show organizers are in no way responsible for accidents or theft before, during, or after any show, and you understand that show organizers do not insure any vendor or their merchandise. By submitting your form, your acknowledge and agree to this information.
