Vendors needing electricity will need to provide their own electrical cords, and will be given electricity as available. Each small booth will have two tables and two chairs. All vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and a spot will not be held until payment has been received! Concession will be available on site. Please note, it is our strict policy to not refund fees. The reservation process is an essential part of ensuring a successful show, both from the perspective of our vendors and of our customers. These fees help ensure all of our spaces will be occupied and cover the cost of the facility rental. In the event of inclement weather, the show organizers will decide at their own digression whether the show shall take place. If the show is postponed due to weather, the application fee will be transferred only – no refund will be given. Please do not leave early without speaking to the organizers. Show organizers are in no way responsible for accidents or theft before, during, or after any show, and you understand that show organizers do not insure any vendor or their merchandise. All vendors will need to submit a small door prize for this show. Empty tables will be taken down at 8:45 a.m. Before you submit your fee for the show, please consider these policies.
